The initial contact was very specific about how the process would work and the final file format(s) provided. Victor was very responsive with every step from the initial concepts through the final design of my logo. Within two days we basically had it nailed down and ready for final processing. They do try to "upsell". I don't blame them as their initial fee was very reasonable. When I mentioned that I was strictly feeling out the potential for my business they didn't "push" for me to buy additional services. It was not a "hard" sell but consistent. Put it this way, if I do need additional services I would not hesitate to return.
The staff are amazing they are helpful, cooperated, flexible, and has solid experience. The logo and banner design experience that I had with the team especially with "Scott" made me decide to continue with other service like E-commerce website, which I currently in between with them.
Robert was great to work with. He's a good Project manager. Stays in touch and used him with 2 different websites. I highly recommend using Tailored Logo.
From day one, my Business consultant, Victor Rodrick has handheld me through the entire process. He constantly reaches out to make sure I'm getting everything I need and expect in a timely manner from my URL registration, logo design and website and social media planning and design. He made sure I got all the materials needed from car wrap, letterhead and envelope, to social media templates and marketing stategy. He has a great team with Shawn Wilford on my web design who has tolerated me throughout the desing of my website and has graciously accepted every challenge I have presented to him. Carl Smith has been tremendous on my social media implementation and ad and reel designs. I have been so confident, I contracted with Tailored to handle everything for me for a year and likely beyond. Couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend their services to anyone. **UPDATE** Tailoredlogo reached out today to ask for the removal of my review. I asked him to send over the original files so I could review the history, he refused. I then decided that maybe 1 or 2 of the designs wasn't ai so I uploaded them to do an image google search. THERE WAS MY LOGO!!! They used a stock image, made some small tweaks and threw my logo on it!!!! If you've gotten a logo from this company I HIGHLY recommend you do a google image search before you get into serious copy write proglems!!!!! FWIW, the guy wouldn't stop texting me, he knew someone found out their scheme. I've submitted all the info, including the emails and text to the MN AG office. Wow, that's a lot of 5 star reviews. I asked for a new logo on a new company and got 3 samples that were 100% ai. They sent another 3, same thing, only a LOT worse. The 3rd and final time, they actually used the name of another company I own....I could not believe it. Worst waste of time of the last year.

I would give one star if I could. My original designs were comparable to what I got with Chat GPT, which was okay but not what I was looking for. I felt like none of my bulleted requests were followed. Changes I wanted made were not picked up and things I liked that I wanted to stay were dropped from the design. It was a complete waste of my time. And, I gave them hand sketches and pictures of specifics to inform the logo. It wasn't that they couldn't make it work, it was that they couldn't follow directions. I paid for an upgraded package, too, with endless revisions. I cut bait before wasting more of my time as each revision got further from what I was asking.
I was skeptical conducting business over the web without meeting someone in person. However, the staff at Tailoredlogo made me comfortable from the start. For example, I 100% believed I was initially communicating with an AI chatbot. However, the rep quickly convinced me that I was working with a human, and we were off to the races. I described my business to him and he sent me some designs. He ultimately created an amazing logo for me. He also created my web page with his team. That can be a grueling process.
