Small Businesses Beware
Very disappointed with my experience using Zarla. I created a website for my small business and spent around 10–12 hours over the course of a week building it, editing the content, setting up the pages, and beginning to market it. After another company reported the site over a name concern, Zarla suspended and removed the website. My biggest issue is not just that the site was suspended. It is that I was not given a chance to correct the issue, change the name, remove the disputed content, or even copy my own website content before it was deleted. I was later told the website could not be recovered, copied, or exported. I had also previously asked Zarla if I owned the domain I purchased through them, and I was told yes, that I owned it, although they managed it as part of my membership. After the site was removed, I had to keep pushing just to get clear answers about what happened. For small business owners, I would be very cautious. If something goes wrong, do not assume you will be given a chance to fix it or recover the work you put into your site. In my experience, the support was not helpful, the answers felt vague, and I lost hours of work with no real solution offered.

This is terrible!!!!
This is terrible!!!!! I created a Website which turned out nicely, but there is no way to connect it to my domain name on GoDaddy. They give steps and say: when you are done, contact us and we will connect your website. I wrote them through a messenger, through 2 emails. No answer. At all. There is no other way to contact them since there is no phone number. So I wasted my time creating a website that I can't use! Spent 2 days!!!

This website is terrible I got 36 viruses and had to buy a WHOLE new laptop. Not only this they STOLE my name they made it stuff do with AI. I HATE AI it my least favorite thing. Back in the day we had to create stuff with our own brains not some computer. If this website isn't taken down I will EXPLODE. Zarla if you see this, I hope you make no money.
