Soulless, disconnected, unprofessional
My experience with Tailored Logo was an absolute nightmare. They split my project between different people, but none of the teams communicated. I had to repeat my business details and design needs over and over again, and they even misspelled my name — in multiple variations — repeatedly. The website designer missed our first call, showed up late to the make-up, and then repeatedly missed promised deadlines. Each time, I had to chase down “Alan” (the person who originally signed me up) just to get any response. After I provided additional information for my website, “Robert” (the website person) suddenly dropped my project without notice, saying he wasn’t going to help me anymore. I also made it clear from the start that I did not want an AI-generated logo. Alan assured me this would not be a problem, yet what I received was clearly AI-generated. When I even sent them a sample logo I created myself, all they did was change the colors and make tiny tweaks — nothing original or creative. The social media person assigned to me never delivered anything at all. Worst of all, they never understood my business concept or captured its essence. They are not creators — they’re scammers reselling AI and template work. The logos look like they came from Shutterstock, the websites look like PowerPoint slides, and the whole process was soulless and unprofessional. If you want your business to thrive, avoid this company at all costs. They wasted my time, ignored my requests, and failed me at every step. You’ve been warned.
