UPDATE - they emailed me today and asked me to delete the review. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had tailored logo do a logo & website. The logo process was flawless. When it came time to the website, every thing was a disaster and it ended up taking over 6 months to get this website up. It was a constant upsell the entire time. When I originally purchased, I told them what I wanted and that package I purchased would work. Then when it came time to the website… the only way for me to get that was if I purchased a higher package. After complaining and then going back to whoever sold me, the did somewhat agree to do what I wanted. At one point, it was taking a week + for my revisions to be made or something being added. Here we are a year later, and it came time to renew my domain. Tailored logo tried to charge me $200 for a year subscription for my domain… that was through godaddy. When I asked the tor release it, they told me I had pay the year subscription ($200) + a ($200) transfer fee so a total of $400. I went through previous emails and couldn’t find where they ever provided this pricing, clearly I would have just purchased the domain myself. They did transfer it to me. On go daddy I paid $22 for a year subscription with my domain… and tailored logo wanted $200 for the year subscription + 200 for a transfer fee? I would never recommend them as far as a website. As I mentioned, the logo aspect was great all around as I actually used them twice for that (before the website experience). Here I am a year later and height website redone because I was unhappy from the beginning, and just settled to be done with them.
