Order no 600245658. Well 1st and last time I've ordered from this company. I ordered 3 designer handbags which stated shipped to courier UPS . I've been tracking daily for over a week and it's been stuck on label created. This obviously means they have not recieved it to deliver to me. I contacted and was told in an email the courier missed the delivery time and to wait another 5 working days if I've still not recieved to contact them again. So 4 hours later (today) I checked my account again and gob smacked to see my order says returned. I telephoned and the gentleman was very incompetent in answering my questions and couldn't explain a god damn thing to me. Said it's maybe because of Brexit. What a laugh. I then telephoned the 0800 number which is non existent . Absolutely shocking is all I can say. I want an immediate refund now , I feel like I have been scammed. Never again will I order from this company.
