Good luck with the customer service bot. I went in circles trying to get help ordering a ring as my Hsa card kept erroring. The bot kept telling me to click on the service chat at the bottom right which opened the exact same bot. It’s a terrible first impression which makes me question what annoyance it would be to get any help with the ring once ordered.
