Bad support, horrible quality check
Bad support, horrible quality check. I bought 2 Baicycle electric bikes less than a year ago. One broke suddenly, throwing me to the ground, injuring me. The failure is clearly from the factory since the welding from the main frame to the ark where the pedals are, got completely detached. I contacted support and they blame it on the "way I use it". This is a city bike, used in the city on the bike lanes. Not for jumping, mountain biking, or else. So they insist the warranty won't cover it and I should repair it myself and they reimburse me only 50 Euros. Because of the material, it's done, no repair shop wants to repair it since the wielding itself plus the disassembly and assembly (it broke where the battery is) will cost me more than the bike costs. This is a ~400 euro bike. They have not answered my emails anymore and they delete my posts in their forum. So, if you're thinking of buying from this site, think again. If you are willing to buy goods that will not endure the normal use and get a horrible support experience, then go ahead.
