Soon after I submitted my order I changed my mind and wanted to order a different (smaller) product. The company made this change; did send me the right product and promised to reimburse the excess what they also did. Overall, a positive experience notwithstanding the fact that we had to wait quite a few weeks. The product arrived in a perfect state. Many thanks.
