They are absolutely useless
They are absolutely useless. My tracking says it they have received the shipping information but haven’t received the item. This was the 20th of January now the 9th of Feb. I contact Australia post they confirmed they received the information however don’t have the item. I ring and finally get through to them and you get generic garbage essentially waiting for you to give up. I was ask what proof do I have that it hasn’t arrived despite the fact they have the same tracking number as me. I asked them to liaise directly with Australia post and they said they can’t. Not sure why other then out of pure laziness or uselessness. I have been told they will get back to me but after two phone calls they never do. Absolutely horribly poor customer service. Will never order through this company again. Save yourself the money and find a different forwarding service.
