⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience with Alpha Futures. I experienced a platform issue while trading, and unfortunately this was not the first time I have experienced problems like this. I contacted support and provided evidence of what happened, hoping the situation would be properly investigated. Instead, I was told that the position had been manually closed and therefore the loss could not be voided or compensated. From my perspective, this completely misses the actual issue. The problem was the platform behavior I experienced, not simply the fact that the position was eventually closed manually. What is especially frustrating is that I have been a loyal customer and have been very patient throughout the process. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, I ultimately feel that the responsibility has simply been pushed back onto me. I understand that companies have policies, but when a customer experiences a platform issue, I believe there should be more willingness to properly investigate the circumstances rather than simply dismissing the claim. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and will be taking the matter further through the appropriate channels. I hope Alpha Futures can improve how situations like this are handled in the future, because this experience has seriously affected my trust in the company.
