Tbh I do not recommend. I pass my free eval and requested a payout and it took almost a month, I literally had to beg and threaten to post the chat screenshots before I got paid out. Imagine requesting a payout and getting left in the dark about the payout I do not advise at all. I am glad I got my payout from a free account so the ROI on that is good still but no more with Alpha Futures. Dont make sense for a firm to delay payout but take money for evals instantly!!!!

Deceptive Practice & Broken Promises: Withholding Purchase Fee Refunds After Forced CN Region Service Termination
I am writing this review to document a clear breach of contract and deceptive refund practices by Alpha Futures following their decision to terminate services for clients in China. Background & Broken Commitments: On July 6, 2026, Alpha Futures sent an official notice terminating service access for all Chinese clients and explicitly stated in writing: "If you held an active account at the time of this notice, you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent purchase." and "Any active evaluations or QA's on your account will be fully refunded." At the time of this abrupt termination, I held two active accounts (a 150K Advanced Plan and a 50K Zero Plan) in good standing with zero rule violations. Contradictory Statements & Excuses: 1. Initial Misrepresentation: On July 24, support representative Furqan explicitly confirmed in writing that "the remaining eligible purchase fee refunds have also been processed." 2. Failure to Deliver: Despite waiting past the 7-business-day timeframe, only the $149 activation fee was refunded. The evaluation account purchase fees (approx. $299 in total) were never returned. 3. Falsified Proofs & Shifting Stories: When pressed for proof, support provided an old receipt from July 6th for the activation fee. After I provided my official bank statements proving the second refund was never received, representative Hamza completely flipped their narrative—claiming the purchase fees were suddenly "not eligible" because the evaluations were completed. Unfair Treatment: Alpha Futures unilaterally closed my active accounts—stripping away their trading potential and the time/effort I invested—and now refuses to return the upfront purchase fees. Changing refund justifications whenever confronted with bank evidence is completely unacceptable for a reputable prop firm. Current Action Taken: I have officially initiated a Mastercard Chargeback dispute (Reason Code 4853: Services Not Provided / Merchant Contract Termination) through my issuing bank against their payment processor (Checkout.com), submitting all conflicting email records, timestamps, and bank statements as evidence. If Alpha Futures wishes to resolve this matter honorably, I expect the remaining purchase fee refunds to be returned immediately. Otherwise, I will allow the card issuer chargeback process to run its course. ------ UPDATE [August 2026]: Response to Alpha Futures' Public Reply Alpha Futures' public reply above is completely misleading and avoids the core issue. They claim that "affected customers in the restricted regions have been refunded." This is FACTUALLY FALSE. Fact: I have only received a partial refund of the $149 activation fee. Fact: The evaluation account purchase fees for my two active accounts (approx. $299 in total) remain UNREFUNDED. Fact: Their support representative (Furqan) confirmed in writing on July 24th that the purchase fee refunds were processed, only for another agent (Hamza) to reverse this promise after I provided official bank statements proving the money never arrived. Stop using generic PR templates about "platform safety" to justify withholding money that belongs to traders who played strictly by your rules. I have provided my full trading account IDs (#2026052246247, #202603312497) through Trustpilot’s verification portal. My official Mastercard Chargeback dispute with my issuing bank remains active.

Extremely disappointing experience with Alpha Futures – long payout delay and poor communication
I’m writing this review based on my personal experience with Alpha Futures, particularly regarding my pending payout and the way the issue has been handled. I purchased a Premium account and traded according to the rules. I successfully generated profits and requested a payout. My payout was approved, but despite the approval, I have been waiting an extremely long time for the money to actually be paid. What has been most frustrating is the lack of a clear and consistent explanation. I have contacted support multiple times regarding my pending payout, but I keep receiving essentially the same response that the team is “continuously working on it” and that I need to be patient. At this point, simply repeating the same message does not answer the main question: When will my approved payout actually be paid? There have also been repeated issues with communication and transparency. Previously, payout timelines and expectations were communicated differently, but now there seems to be no clear ETA. As a trader, once a payout has been approved, I expect a professional company to provide a clear explanation if there is a delay and give customers realistic information about when they can expect their funds. Another thing that has seriously damaged my confidence is seeing other traders raise similar concerns while discussions about payout delays appear to be moderated or removed. I was also blocked after asking about my pending payout. I find this extremely disappointing. Asking legitimate questions about an overdue payout should not result in a customer being blocked. I understand that companies can experience operational issues, growth, or payment-processing delays. However, customers should not be left waiting for weeks with no meaningful update while receiving repeated copy-and-paste responses. I originally had confidence in Alpha Futures, but this experience has significantly changed my opinion. The most important thing for a prop firm is trust, and payout handling and transparent communication are a major part of that trust. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the payout that was approved to be processed and a clear, honest explanation of the reason for the delay. I hope Alpha Futures addresses these issues properly and improves communication with affected traders. I also hope my pending payout is finally resolved. My advice to anyone considering purchasing an account: do your own research, especially regarding recent payout experiences, processing times, policy changes, and how the company handles customers when problems occur.

Got banned today for hedging and not true, had 22k in approved for payouts and what’s weird is that it’s not just me and multiple people that got banned for”hedging” most of these people had payout spending request over 18k so this is about liquidity issues this firm will go down

Don’t even think of going with them.They rejected my payout multiple times.the launched the Premium plan but paid 0 payouts.They promised for refunds but again no payouts.As per there policy they can cancel the plan and deny payouts not on the basis of breaching of rules but due to shortage of funds.
