Easy to request but its been 3 business days and I haven't received the money in my bank account yet whilst my friend who got a payout on lucid trading received his almost instantly after approval (he requested he's 2 days after me and now has his payout in his account and I'm still waiting on mine).
Take your money very fast - NOT SO FAST WITH PAYOUT!
No problems with trading. 1. Alpha trader platform is not that good. Forced to switch to it from TradingView(Tradovate). 2. Take your money very fast - NOT SO FAST WITH PAYOUT! Payout is "Approved_for_pay" - this does not mean you get it.

This company is a scam… they failed my KYC after I purchased two combines because someone else was in the camera frame but I had my boyfriend hand me my phone. Stay away from this company they’re having a lot of problems recently.

Man only thing I gotta say is alpha futures tough for get people payed out here and blessed feeling to get a noti that your gonna get payout out from the most absolute longest rules these alphas give you but that’s what made me feel like a trader fr being able to pass this challenge Preciate. 1 Star – Extremely disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Futures. My payout was denied because of their tick scalping rule, and I strongly disagree with the way they interpreted and applied this rule to my trades. My trades were less than 2 minutes in duration, but they were all more than 10 ticks. From my understanding, this should comply with their tick scalping requirements. However, Alpha Futures still rejected my payout based on tick scalping. What is especially frustrating is that, in my experience, the rules seem to be interpreted differently depending on the situation. They initially gave me the impression that trades meeting the 10+ tick requirement were acceptable, but when it came to my payout, the interpretation suddenly changed. This situation has cost me time, money and a lot of frustration. I spent time trading and following their rules, only to have my payout rejected afterwards. I am sharing my experience to warn other traders: read the rules very carefully, keep records of all your trades, and make sure you understand exactly how Alpha Futures applies its tick scalping rule before putting your money and time into their platform. Based on my experience and what I have seen recently, I am also becoming increasingly concerned about the company's financial situation and whether they will continue operating normally. I cannot verify that they are close to shutting down, but this is honestly the impression I have from my experience.

To have a first payout declined after you’ve put the work in is really frustrating, but what we would explain is how the rule works. Our policy on prohibited strategies is based on the overall pattern of entry and exit of trades, not on one isolated figure. Hence, an account can meet something that looks like a single requirement and yet be in the policy when the trading is viewed as a whole. **Extremely disappointing platform and…
**Extremely disappointing platform and support experience** I had a serious issue with the platform on Friday. I was unable to close my position and ended up losing money as a result. The issue was clearly on their side, and for several hours I was unable to properly use the platform. Even after the issue appeared to be fixed on the dashboard, the actual trading platform was still showing that I couldn't trade. I contacted support and they spent practically the entire day trying to fix it, despite the issue seeming like something that should have taken minutes to resolve. What makes the situation even more frustrating is what happened afterwards. I specifically asked them to stop sending me updates because there was no point anymore — the daily loss limit resets on the next trading day, so I would be able to trade again anyway. Despite that, I continued receiving message after message from different members of their support team, all basically saying that they were sorry and were "working on the issue." The problem is that these messages don't actually solve anything. If your platform prevents a trader from managing an open position, the priority should be fixing the issue quickly, not sending the customer endless apology messages afterwards. Technical issues can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Slow resolution, poor communication, and an unnecessary amount of repetitive messages from different support agents. Hopefully they improve the reliability of the platform and, more importantly, the way they handle incidents like this. Edit: now my acc is breached without any reason
Somehow have a positive review on trust pilot!
Alpha closed premium accounts and promised refunds to customers two months ago! I have yet to receive my money. They said that my money was sent to my bank and it could take 3-7 business days depending on my bank. Money never hit I called my bank and they said there has not been any money returned from alpha futures yet. I messaged alpha on day 8 &9 and was told that money was sent it was my banks fault. after 10 business days they finally said they were sending The money in batches and to be patient I would receive my money. It’s been two months and I have not received any money from premium account.. so I disputed there business and what they do with my bank on July 1 ,I was honest with my bank told them what happened and alpha denied to return my money because all sales are final and since transaction were legit transactions they denied my disputes. Never returning anything. They never closed my account after my dispute. On july 30 after waiting almost 2 months for the money refunds. I decided to get my money back from a payout fee and I bought four combines on july 30 . trying to earn a payout fee, I passed three of those combines and earned three funded accounts. I submitted a payout on August 6 for $ 1,100 and when I woke up on August 7th alpha futures had closed my accounts. I couldn’t even log in to website. I reached out to alpha futures and they told me it was because I had disputed there business with my bank. I reached out further to their compliance department and they were able to reopen my account but when they reopened my account my payout was denied. They told me they denied me my payout because I scalp traded and didn’t hold position longer then two minutes. I looked at the data and I had 4 trades under two mins. 3 of them were losers for -300 and my stop got hit then one was for a profit of 800 and my take profit got hit in 1 minute and 42 seconds. So I messaged alpha futures telling them they were not right and unfair and the manager banned me for life saying I could never use there website and they were going to refund me the three active accounts I had. I received that money just two days later. So they refunded me three of the 4 accounts denied me a payout and still has not returned my original premium accounts.. I have currently been trying to give alpha futures a one star for two months now on trust pilot but for some reason my reviews keep getting flagged and deleted when I do everything trust pilot asked about being honest.

I like there platform, but feel I have had too many issues with the account randomly deducting money from my account, also I’m not a fan of the news restriction. Personally I don’t trade news, I accidentally took a small trade without thinking there was news occurring and then had to restart the 5 day trading period all over again. Personally I just think there are better firms out there.
