Terrible support chat and staff
Terrible support chat and staff, never hold themselves accountable when their system faults. And I have never received a payout within in their "48 hour or less" policy window. Alphatrader has been faulting for me the past 5 trading days and their system robbed me of thousands of unrealised profit when I could not take partials. They then would not compensate me even though their system faulted and I made no mistakes. I cannot stress enough especially to any new traders, steer clear of Alpha Futures

They are not honoring payments
I have been waiting nearly two months for a payment owed to me regarding my Alpha premium account, and the company has stopped communicating with customers about when the overdue payment will be made. They simply stated that payments would be made in batches, yet nothing has happened so far; I have contacted support more than five times with no result—they always tell me to wait but provide no estimate of when the payment will be processed. I am owed US$ 2,000.00. The proper approach would be to inform me which batch is currently being paid and which batch I am included in. Account: 2026062040726.

Hello Thiago, Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry you've had a bad experience. It’s worth explaining how our accounts work, because this is often where the frustration comes in. Profit shown on a qualified account is not a balance of withdrawable funds sitting in an account but a simulated performance, a measure of how the account traded against our parameters. The approved premium payouts are a different story and these are being honoured and processed in batches, and anyone with an approved payout still outstanding is being worked through directly. As far as the bigger picture, we had a parting of ways with NinjaTrader/Tradovate on short notice, initiated by them, not us. That change is what led to the discontinuation of the Premium Plan and the subsequent delays. It’s a change in how we operate, not an attempt to retain what traders are owed. We understand how unsettling it is to reach the payout stage and then be left waiting on the outcome, especially given the work it took to get there. Payouts that were approved ahead of the closure of our Premium plan are being honoured and settled in batches as processing continues. As you may have seen in George's recent announcement, losing our largest partner has created some unprecedented delays with payouts and refunds.
