Terrible support chat and staff
Terrible support chat and staff, never hold themselves accountable when their system faults. And I have never received a payout within in their "48 hour or less" policy window. Alphatrader has been faulting for me the past 5 trading days and their system robbed me of thousands of unrealised profit when I could not take partials. They then would not compensate me even though their system faulted and I made no mistakes. I cannot stress enough especially to any new traders, steer clear of Alpha Futures
