They are not honoring payments
I have been waiting nearly two months for a payment owed to me regarding my Alpha premium account, and the company has stopped communicating with customers about when the overdue payment will be made. They simply stated that payments would be made in batches, yet nothing has happened so far; I have contacted support more than five times with no result—they always tell me to wait but provide no estimate of when the payment will be processed. I am owed US$ 2,000.00. The proper approach would be to inform me which batch is currently being paid and which batch I am included in. Account: 2026062040726.
