Have been using Alpha futures for about a year now and have had zero issues. It’s Saturday and I wanted my trade data in a CSV file. Moses from the support team was there to help me and retrieved my data in less than 10 minutes. Their support team has always been quick and to the point with me and I respect that so much. they are just a scam company they dont want u to pass the account and there are completey againt the fair traders i brought an account and i passed it like 3days ago after 1month of hardwork without breaking any rule they send me email saying ur funded now and to complete the kyc before funded get activated after i did my kyc 2days later when i tried to login to my account it said access denied and i asked the customer support about it they said it was a kyc breach then they send me another email saying that there are another persn nearby when ur doing kyc and they banned the whole account because of it i payed 100 dollars and passed the account for 1month of hardwork they just banned it all because of single miskate in the kyc if it was really kyc problem cant i just do it again or smg mistake in kyc has ntg to do with the whole account they are just scamming people they dont want u to win or get payout

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience with Alpha Futures. I experienced a platform issue while trading, and unfortunately this was not the first time I have experienced problems like this. I contacted support and provided evidence of what happened, hoping the situation would be properly investigated. Instead, I was told that the position had been manually closed and therefore the loss could not be voided or compensated. From my perspective, this completely misses the actual issue. The problem was the platform behavior I experienced, not simply the fact that the position was eventually closed manually. What is especially frustrating is that I have been a loyal customer and have been very patient throughout the process. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, I ultimately feel that the responsibility has simply been pushed back onto me. I understand that companies have policies, but when a customer experiences a platform issue, I believe there should be more willingness to properly investigate the circumstances rather than simply dismissing the claim. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and will be taking the matter further through the appropriate channels. I hope Alpha Futures can improve how situations like this are handled in the future, because this experience has seriously affected my trust in the company.

Worst payout firm in the industry, discord replies are just copy paste answers and people that voice opinions and give there input get timed out for 7 days in the discord. this firm has gone from top 5 in my opinion down to the bottom of the pile with the way they treating members

Very slow payouts. Takes over 24 hours to approve a payout, while locking your account to approve. Over 48 hours and no distribution of funds after approval. The slowest payout experience I’ve had in the industry. Platform and dashboard glitches too. Not the best experience with Alpha so far. Only saving grace is their fast live support chat.

Really bad Firm, denying payouts, rug pulling people with existing payouts that were processing and approved and they have hidden rules and change rules. Never buy from this firm, there are other firms. Also they aren't paying out anyone right now, they are rugging people and taking eval fees before leaving the industry.

Calling this a "rug-pull" misreads what actually happened. The Premium plan was discontinued because our partnership with a third-party platform was terminated, a legitimate shift in how we operate, not a deliberate attempt to deprive anyone of their earnings. Every active Premium plan user was refunded in full, including activation fees. Payouts that had been approved before the closure are being honoured and processed in batches, and where anything remains outstanding those traders are being contacted directly. Where a payout had not yet reached approval, the plan purchase itself was refunded in full. We understand a refund doesn't make up for the time and work put in to reach the qualified stage. I have no Idea how they are still showing 4.5 on here. The customer service is the worst in the industry. They have sent us emails advising payout and refund for the premium accounts. However I don’t think anyone has had anything back. Please don’t waste your money, there are much better prop firm in the industry. Don’t trust this rating.

Yesterday they contacted me by email again, and this time they decided to block me from their website, saying they are no longer willing to do business with me. Really, Alpha? You’re the ones who don’t want to work with me? First, pay me the money you took from me: my final $3,000 withdrawal, plus the $20,000 I should have been able to withdraw if you hadn’t changed your own rules. All of this happened because I told them that my lawyer is filing a lawsuit against them. How do you have the right to close someone’s account when you haven’t even paid them the money they are owed? Everyone, be careful before buying anything from them. I believe they are heading toward collapse and may shut down very soon.
