What people say
Payout delayed for 9+ business days - Only generic manager replies
I requested a $1500 payout from my Zero account (ID: ZEROQA20260721XXXX) back on July 27th. The status has been stuck on "Approved_for_pay" for over a week, meaning I passed all consistency and trading rules perfectly. When I escalated the issue to the Escalations Manager (Ferb), I was told that they cannot provide any exact date or timeframe (ETA) for when the funds will actually be sent. 9 business days of waiting without a clear processing date is unacceptable for a reputable prop firm. I need management to look into this and release my funds immediately.

Extremely frustrating experience with…
Extremely frustrating experience with Alpha Futures. I did everything by the book, followed all their rules, and became fully eligible for a payout—only to have it denied with vague and unconvincing reasoning. It honestly feels like the rules only apply when it benefits them. When it’s time to actually pay out, suddenly there are issues or excuses. The lack of transparency and poor communication make the whole situation even worse. If you’re thinking about using Alpha Futures, don’t. Based on my experience, you won’t get your money even if you meet all their requirements.
Alpha is great
Alpha is great, I love how active and helpful the customer service is. But 4-stars since the payout is getting sometime to receive.

I bought a new account
I bought a new account, however I got charged the full amount even when I used the coupon code. I reached out to the customer support team, where Jack was very helpful and assisted me in getting a refund for the account.
Jack helped me with a math problem
Jack helped me with a math problem, and it didn't take him long to solve it. You're the best, Jack!

Avoid this firm
Avoid this firm. If you have any problem related to losing trades or accounts becouse of their Alpha Trader platform glitching, you will get no help and the blame is on you.
Tradovate said it themselves they dont…
Tradovate said it themselves they dont have the funds to operate. Were Foolish enought to give away heavily discounted accounts. And now when it comes time to payout they hide like Roaches.
All the 5 Star reviews regarding…
All the 5 Star reviews regarding customer service are fake. Dont bother. This is the cold heart truth. No payouts, no clear cut answer Just the same copied and pasted message on their support ticket and discord. Dishonest Company, Dishonest, CEO, Dishonest People. Weeks without my payout held my life back so much. There are other props that really do payout. I really do beg everyone to stop allowing them to keep getting away w this. And DONT TRADE WITH THEM
This is my first payout
