Avoid - Treated a technical hiccup like fraud

My camera was blurry during KYC, so I briefly used my son's phone just to scan barcode - nothing more. A split second or his face ended up in frame, and this company used that to flatly reject my verification and accuse me of "third-party involvement," despite the fact that I personally completed every other step, including my own face verification. I wanted to explain to the situation clearly but they just terminated my account and just wanted to have a chance to redo it under supervision. For a company handling and a reputable firm, this level of rigidity with zero human judgement is honestly a joke. If a blurry photo is enough to get flagged a fraud with no path to appeal, I'd think twice before trusting them with your account or your money Notes: I just bought 1 account and I passed then I do verification waiting for 48 business hour proceed then I buy another one because I got no account to trade and no refunds do by this company also It's really a total jokes for me

I would have given AF 5 stars if the payout process did not take so long. Also $50,000 payouts should be much higher than $1500.

Prompt Response and Resolution. I had a issue that did not look correct to me regarding the eligibility for a payout. Since I was still new to this prop firm, I was slightly concerned and wanted clarification. Eli promptly handled my request. Was positive and willing to help with the resolution. At the end of the resolution, I have to humbly admit it was my fault and it was a very simple oversight! Often we are quick to blame others, so I should also take personal responsibility and admit when I was wrong and quick to judgement. scam prop, they banned me on dc for telling the truth, this platform is temu project lagging not working shit, btw my money from approved payout are still not in my bank after a week

Excellent customer service

I had some issues with discount codes and platform which i needed heavy support. It got escalated quickly within Alpha and Shari resolved it for me in the best possible way. Really pleased with the outcome and hence it really deserved a positive review.

They no longer payout

I’ve used alpha in the past, but recently they aren’t paying people out. The company is going under and they are weeks behind on payouts and when you try to confront them about it you get automated messages. Just save your time and go to another firm. Stay away from this one for now. They don’t send payouts as of July 2026.

Had some problems with my deepcharts connection and reached out to support, they teamed up with the volumentrica team and fixed it for me. They updated me with informations once they got new ones and reset my negative balances. Zaroon took over at the end and fixed everything for me.
