This service was a huge disappointment. They failed to pay many users on the Premium plan without providing any clear explanation. In my case, I completed a 30-minute interview without any issues. Everything went smoothly, yet shortly afterward my account was blocked without warning or a valid reason. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unfair treatment make it difficult to trust this platform. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
They are scammers. They wipede me all my payouts apprpved, dont never trust them！！！！！！！！
Was a member of their premium accounts, absolute s show of a process that went down… was supposed to be expecting refunds too, now it has been WEEKS and I don’t have anything… support is so unhelpful during the process, won’t even give me a $ amount of what will be refunded… just keep hearing for days upon days that it needs to be processed, i’m now finding out THEIR TEAM hasn’t even processed mine yet..

To begin there was the whole thing with the premium accounts, I was lucky enough to not buy the account and didn’t experience any of those issues. I had got a normal 50k zero that was being traded on Alpha Trader. After I big winning day my PNLs across 3 accounts were being displayed wrong some negative and some positive. I had contacted support and they were able to fix the problem right away, great! Then my qualified account was breached for max loss limit which was the only account that I had not traded that day. They had acknowledged this error as well and then fixed it. About 12 hours later it happened again they had said there is nothing that I can do because I had taken the trade. Which I hadn’t. They had already acknowledged their mistake once but then refused to fix it. Then they said they will give me $300 max loss limit left, no idea where that number came from. They said it was final and there would be no changes. I sucked it up and traded the next day. I was in a trade in very good profit out of nowhere it closes me sessions then gives me a notice saying “Session Conflict Your account has been signed in from another device or tab. You have been logged out from this session.” I logged back in and my trade was gone and so was my account, again breached for max loss limit even though I was in a trade in good profit. I had contacted support again and they even sent me a screenshot of the logs for my account. I had been trading on my phone but the logs show that there was an intel mac logging in. They literally sent me the screenshot and still denied what I was saying. On top of that they made another error they said they would give me 300 mll to try half fix the blown account but they gave me over 700. The account got breached at -250. If they gave me 300 mll then how would the account be breached? It’s all just so shady. I have hard evidence proving this is all true and they still denied. Do not use this prop firm. Do not believe the 4+ star review. I never used a premium account, requested a payout over a week ago and still nothing. Please spread the word!
Im funded in two accounts with alpha and ive only used the alpha trader platform, not problem at all. Everything has been great at the moment, soon ill request a payout, lets see if the process goes smoothly but until now everythings fine.
Their live support is really good. Eli was able to answer my question in around 5 minutes and it's not the first time that their staff has been quick to handle any problem. Very solid prop firm and assistance at pretty much any time.

Here's a long one that I know many people are experiencing with Alpha Futures right now. Firstly there is the whole canceling of their Premium accounts debacle. Ok it wasn't profitable, whatever. But the real kick in the nuts is how they have mishandled this whole situation. They said over and over that they would payout any approved premium account payouts that were green lit before the canceling fiasco. Judging from their discord channel, no one has been payed. Then they say they will refund all accounts that were still active and in good standing. Ok Great! But here's where it goes downhill. They sent an email out last week saying that all refunds have been processed and that they will be received in 3-7 business days. Well its been 7 business days and nothing. So I email support and let them know, and they then proceed to tell me that it has NOT been processed yet and that the timeline is "soon" (yea right) and then it will take another 5-10 business days to reflect on the card. Why even bother sending an email saying that the refunds have been processed when that is clearly not the case. I feel terribly for all the people effected by this because I have a feeling that I and so many other people will never see those funds again. The cancelled account and lost time and money is one thing, but the lies and disrespect is what really upset me. Its disappointing to see that they are still offering big discounts for their accounts to entice new customers when they know they aren't in good standing with their current clients and possibly aren't even capable of paying out (just a growing opinion on their discord channel) Highly recommend all interested parties stay away. There are much better and trustworthy firms out there. "chances are there will be some cut and paste reply from their support staff to this review" Good luck and good riddance. Oh how the mighty have fallen.
