UNACCEPTABLE DELAYS & UNFULFILLED REFUNDS – AVOID Review: I am extremely disappointed with Alpha Futures. I requested a refund several weeks ago due to unresolved issues on their end, and despite multiple chat interactions and explicit written assurances from their support staff confirming that I would receive my funds, nothing has been processed. Their support continuously uses canned responses, claiming cases have been "escalated to senior management," yet no concrete updates, transaction receipts, or Acquirer Reference Numbers (ARN) have been provided. Telling customers to simply "be patient" while holding their money for weeks is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will also be sharing my negative experience directly on Trustpilot and other public platforms to warn the trading community. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I am forced to proceed with a formal bank chargeback for Services Not Rendered and report this behavior to financial consumer protection authorities. If you value your money and time, stay away.

They are the biggest scam prop Firm. I have purchased a 150 k premium plan account.$284.24 I have passed the challenge to funded. I also purchased a reset for $999 And had a funded acc with $1500+ profit. On 13th of July without previous notice or refund offer or without any alternative they deleted my and everybody else's premium plan acc. About a week later they promised to refund the users. "you will receive your refund in 7-10 working days" untill now I received nothing! After contacting them submitting a ticket regarding my refund. They blocked me I cannot log in to my account anymore. They have done that on social media too.

Smooth payout process
Smooth payout process, no hidden rules, very excellent prop firm, i love the customer service very fast to answer my questions. Here are things, I like the most. The process is smooth and quick from sign-up to payout - Support team there to help when you needed. - This is my first Alpha Futures payout.
Slow payouts, hit or miss support, bad tech
My first payout took over 2 weeks to hit. 2nd one is also slow. Support is hit or miss - some really helpful (Khurram), others couldn't care less. Trading platform is not great, lots of technical issues. Accounts are cheap though I guess.
