I requested my payout over a week ago, and it was approved shortly after, however I still haven’t received my money. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but I keep getting the same generic response “Your payout will be processed” without any estimated timeframe or explanation for the delay. I’m sharing my experience because I believe people should know what to expect, I hope the company resolves this soon and improves its payout process and communication
I bought a reset for my Zero Plan account on August 4th. Just two days later (August 6th), my account was suddenly deleted. When I contacted live support, agent Liebe explicitly verified my payment receipt and confirmed: "Yes, if you paid for the reset it is supposed to include the monthly fees," and told me I could proceed to trade. Then another agent stepped in, completely reversed what Liebe said, blamed an automated rebill glitch, and told me "there is little we can do" while keeping my reset money. Losing a reset fee within 48 hours because of false information given by their own support staff is completely unacceptable. I expect a proper resolution, refund, or account replacement for the support team's misguidance.
The process was very simple, easy, and quick. The agent that helped me Liebe did a tremendous job. All my issues were fixed within seconds.

I finally got my first payout with Alpha Futures after two years! But then, I lost quite a few accounts. I was using Alpha all the time during this time, and I really appreciated the support they provided.
Overall nice prop firm, even though it doesn't support tradovate anymore. Customer support from Inferno was amazing. I had an issue and he was very kind and fast to help me sort it out. Keep up the good work!
