Have been using Alpha futures for about a year now and have had zero issues. It’s Saturday and I wanted my trade data in a CSV file. Moses from the support team was there to help me and retrieved my data in less than 10 minutes. Their support team has always been quick and to the point with me and I respect that so much. Love you Alpha Team.
