Accountable Assistant
I had ordered a few of the products i am selling & they had trouble sending the correct amount. But the communication was excellent! My assigned assistant Mango, was always on top of letting me know what was going on with my shipment. She informed me instantly about any issues & complications. I did need to open a dispute for the items i did not receive but Mango sent me the direct link & offered to walk me through the process. Also in addition she did inform me to order before Chinese new year. Which i failed to do. Hence the complications i received.
