Thermal printer delivery was one day
Thermal printer delivery was one day. I installed printer and did a sample 4 by 6 label which was perfect, but second label's bar code had white areas. Contacted customer service and received immediate reply. Wipe thermal bar with alcohol and if needed, change two areas in adjustments program. I open top and blew air on bar and then I printed a test and real label. Both were perfect. Problem solved. Thanks to Jamie. Great little printer at a fantastic price!!!
