Agoda/PayPal glitch
Paying by PayPal can trigger a glitch in the software. It tells you that the booking payment has failed. But when you try to do it again it asks are you sure - you've already made that booking. Do you want to repeat it? So it takes time to book and check that it's been confirmed. And that you're not double booked.
