After ordering almost a month ago on the 5th September and multiple emails with HoverAir support I am still waiting for my HoverAir to be delivered. After requesting a refund instead I was informed that would have to wait till they had completed their USPS investigation. This was meant to be a birthday gift but at this rate I will be lucky if it arrives in time for Christmas. Very disappointed – Order #MG43525
