poor service with little updates on shipping
ordered a pair of sneakers, did not receive any updates for 2 weeks, and had to email then for updates. waited another 4-5 days for updates and they ended up telling me that there was a shipping issue and had to look for another seller. now i have to wait for another 6-10 business days and idk if i will even receive the shoes lolsss never gonna order from novelship again, try stock x or stadiumgoods
