I know those of you have read several comments I have written about Myfirstwig. It's all true. I could've have found a better hair company. I love this company. They are so committed to making our slaying of wigs as easy as possible. I have communicated with the manager (Nicole). She made sure I was walked through caring for my wig. They literally take the time to write out step by step what I could try if I have issues with the washing/conditioning process of their wigs. They also took the time to review videos of me caring for my wigs. They will take as much time as need if you have a problem. They reviewed videos and found I was a little more aggressive when washing wigs. Also, they are committed to you being happy with your purchase. If you are questioning a purchase from this company, please don't. They will even adjust highlights in the wigs you choose with color. They are amazing! I can go on/on about this company. I put June 2nd because that was my last order. Last month and the months before I can't include on this review sight.
