I've ordered several amazing wigs from My First Wig. From the first order, I wasn't sure how to add the additional fee for customization of units. I reached out to customer service where I met Bella. Bella was kind, considerate, understanding, caring and overall just amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with the issues I faced with the sizing. She explained the entire process to me from start to finish. Every wig purchased she was there to ensure everything went smooth. I was contacted when the unit shipped and when it would be delivered. I was also contacted by Bella and the rest of the team to ensure I was happy with my units. Unfortunately, I ordered 2 units within a week apart from placing my first order. I gave Bella the incorrect measurements for my head and both units are a little too snug. I'm unable to wear a wig grip with them to prevent them from sliding back. It was totally my fault because I gave the incorrect measurements. But, I will not give up until I get it right. I ordered another unit with the correct measurements and it's on its way to me now. I'm so excited. So, please make sure you measure your head correctly and if you're going to be wearing a wig grip give it an extra half inch or so because you cannot return it because it was made for your head. " Years ago I used to wear weaves and it looked just like this unit but in a different color. It was honey blonde and it was beautiful just like this unit. I am going to color this unit honey blond. I had this unit customized just to fit my head. I could have added 1/2 inch ear to ear over the top and 1/2 inch from front to nape. I think that would have made this unit perfect. The unit is sliding back and I cannot glue it because it's not enough lace and cap to pull forward to glue down. I need to wear a wig grip. It will be tight but I have to make it work. It is totally my fault for giving My First Wig the wrong measurements for my head. This unit is light and comfortable with little to no shedding. I want to give My First Wig a shout out for their outstanding service to their customers. "

Ordered my unit in silky texture. The color was beautiful and texture so pretty, soft but not too shiny or wiggy/ looking. The lace was such a good melt and match. I didn’t use glue in order to prolong the life of my unit and still looks great two months out after washes and heat styling. Any issues are immediately addressed by customer service. They will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
I am very pleased with this wig. The hair is soft, lightweight, and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The style looks natural, and the fit is secure without feeling too tight. I know those of you have read several comments I have written about Myfirstwig. It's all true. I could've have found a better hair company. I love this company. They are so committed to making our slaying of wigs as easy as possible. I have communicated with the manager (Nicole). She made sure I was walked through caring for my wig. They literally take the time to write out step by step what I could try if I have issues with the washing/conditioning process of their wigs. They also took the time to review videos of me caring for my wigs. They will take as much time as need if you have a problem. They reviewed videos and found I was a little more aggressive when washing wigs. Also, they are committed to you being happy with your purchase. If you are questioning a purchase from this company, please don't. They will even adjust highlights in the wigs you choose with color. They are amazing! I can go on/on about this company. I put June 2nd because that was my last order. Last month and the months before I can't include on this review sight.

I generally don’t write reviews on trustpilot but I really wanted to give this company their flowers. As someone who can’t be bothered with all the glue and baby hairs, myfirstwig has the perfect collection of easy to wear units. I’ve purchased two units from them, one is my everyday unit and one is my special occasion units and both have aged really well. Lace is realistic and the hair is the perfect density with minimal to no shedding. I like the tutorials they have and I’ve found the customer service to be very helpful.
