The problem was solved but not a one time. 1st guide was uninstalling and re-transferring, but it did not work. it took 3 hours for re-transferring. Therefore, your engineer asked his/her supervisor, and he/she copied some vc2008repair files and it solved with it promptly. I was glad it solved but I cannot understand why your engineer do it at first.
