Product not for me--return VERY difficult & expensive.
I would strongly advise you try another brand of OTC hearing aids. First of all, they took two weeks to arrive. Without going into detail, I was comparing them to my Elehear aids. I worked with them in all the modes I use Elehear, and they were simply inferior. Way too tinny for me. But that is not the real problem. Good luck trying to return them if you don't like them, as I don't. They make it as difficult as possible, hoping, I suppose, you'll give up and keep them. If you finaly do return them, you are required to return them to an address in Ontario--not the US. The First Class postage, including tarif and return receipt was over $60.00. And they leave the door open wide for themselves to reject your return. I just returned them today, so I'm waiting to find out how it goes
