Sourceinbox and our manager Mia is the best!
We have worked with Sourceinbox for about 3 years now. If it weren't for them, we wouldn't be able to run our business with ease like we do today. This company is a serious company that really follows up and we have never experienced them not keeping their promises and not once has there been any unprofessionalism from their side. We can't even describe how thankful we are for our manager Mia/Enni - she has NEVER not kept a promise, she always replies fast and always inform us if there should be any changes or if she isn't available (which is almost never, because she is always working and is always available for us) so that we always stay up to date. She works very hard and always gives us the best service possible. Thank you Mia! We have also worked with Pamela together with Mia, she also always follows up and replies quickly and professionally. Thank you, Pamela! We are from Norway and there are huge differences in how we do business, but when working with Sourceinbox we really feel their high standards and professionalism and they're eager to provide top-notch service, which they really do. If you are looking for serious partners in China to secure you a steady supply line - Sourceinbox is your place to go. Thank you Sourceinbox, Mia, and Pamela, you are the best!
