Won't honour warrenty
Won't honour warrenty, and claim it's customer damage. USB C is srface mounted with 4 solder pads. No potting, not through the PCB, and no support from the casing. A cheap crap design. Charged 50% of the sticks value for a new USB PCB, and just "hung up" teh chat for 24 hours without any notice. Nice stick, poor internal design, and NO Customer service
