Elizabeth was professional and friendly!! I received the brochure 2 days ago and read over it. I called today to obtain a better insight. Elizabeth enlightened me on what Cinch offers! She compared the monthly payment plan with the other companies that I'm using. Although I'm paying $22.82 more, I'm obtaining more coverage than with the other companies. Choice Home Warranty is limited, whereas Cinch isn't limited. Elizabeth was thorough with her explanation and I 9provided me with an excellent customer experience!!!
