Items not remotely as described and customer service is terrible
The company sent me a dress that was a completely different color than advertised. When I wanted to return the dress, I had to pay for shipping because it fell under their “slight color difference” clause. It was not a slight color difference, I ordered a green dress and received a brown dress. The quality is terrible, the sizing is small, and the customer service is completely lacking. Do not shop here. Edit: they are STILL trying to gaslight me into thinking this dress was green. I have eyes, it was brown with puke green elements. Absolutely insane they are standing 10 toes down on this. Edit 2: they are suppressing bad reviews on their website. Buyer beware.
