Great overall experience
Ordered some car racks for the 1st time, unfortunately they were the wrong ones, fault on my half. The returns process was actually really good. Easy returns, although some lack of communication and sceptical about the place of return being in Ireland. When contacted however, the team got back to me really quickly and received a refund in the appropriate time frame. Then re-ordered the correct bars and really can’t complain. Good value and overall good experience with the company.
