Is my app subscription working?
I went for a free review and clearly remember cancelling the purchase - both on my apple id subscriptions and also via email. Unfortunately though, "shuteye" chose to debit my account. The twist however is that - the app does not still work on my phone - for every option/feature I ask, it says sign-up for Rs. xxxx. Written emails to the support desk but no responses! Need help!!
