Would not recommend!
I was referred to NHMH by my builders as their "default/recommended option". While I have no doubt that they can handle routine cases, I got the impression that they might struggle with anything out of the ordinary. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by offering their mortgage service, rather than treating it as a professional service I was seeking. The initial mortgage advisor seemed to focus on aspects that weren't entirely relevant to my situation. This approach was not particularly helpful or efficient. I would not recommend this service, especially considering that there are excellent advisors in the market who actively listen, go the extra mile, and process applications much more quickly. These competitors offer a level of service that NHMH did not match in my experience. I hope NHMH can reflect on this feedback and improve their service to meet the standards set by their competitors in the current market. There's significant room for improvement in terms of customer focus, efficiency, and adaptability to individual client needs.
