Appalling Customer Service
Bought a TV Tester from them, guaranteed for a year, stopped charging. They asked me to take it to a local repair shop, there isn't one as we are in rural Herefordshire hence why this was bought online. I asked for a replacement and have not had a response from them since despite emailing them regularly for a response. Appalling customer service
