Very disappointed with Ackerman Home Security
I received an update to my system on Feb 25, 2022. I receive a written quote that my upgrade cost would be $99 which I paid at the time of scheduling my upgrad. However, 2 days later an additional $57 was taken from my account without my approval. Since then to today, I have corresponded with numerous Ackerman Representatives, both verbal and by email, and my refund has not been issued.
