Feels like a scam
Update: somehow manged to get a very quick reply this time! Unfortunately you never sent me a link or message to send you any private information. You can fine my order number and email address attached to the emails you've already ignored. Placed an order over a month ago. I sent in a query on their online portal and got a automated email suggesting they'd respond in 4 hours. Two days and some hours later still no reply. I sent an email. Two days later again and I get what appears to be a bot response "sorry for our delayed response" and that orders are typically shipped in one business day! Oh great! No explanation as to where my package is or why it STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED! For the price of these this is shockingly bad customer service. So far it seems Koprez has scammed me out of my money. Order placed the first week on July, money taken, no product on its way just a tone of pushy emails telling me to spend more of my money.
