Where is my package??? Ship it out of UK!!!
vPost service is really bad. As in bad to the core. I have ordered an item in the UK and I have paid March 3. Until now, it has not moved or updated in my vPost account. Last tracking history was "Paid". Should I be happy that at least they acknowledged they received the package? And then happily took my money for shipping which looks like they don't intend on doing? It seems that vPost is very good in only getting your shipping fee and then doing nothing. How about actually shipping out my package? Or at least updating the status on my account. I have sent emails multiple times, ignored. I've chatted thru SingPost, I was given a generic answer it is on the way to Singapore, heck I was sending to Australia. And when I called it out, person on the chat said "oh send an email". I am beyond emails now as it gets ignored. Someone is either sitting on my package or have already stolen it. I am now just waiting for my package to be marked as lost. This is very low for vPost. If you cannot provide good service or at least look after your customers, then shut it down.
