This is the second time in 3 months…
This is the second time in 3 months I've had an issue with the HEB management at 2118 Fredericksburg road. They do not know how to provide customer service when there is a complaint. Their playbook is to gaslight the customer. My intelligence and my military service came into question when I was complaining on how I was treated. Different complaint same treatment. I am NOT HAVING IT!!
