Cynthia and Brittany from HEB Copperas Cove, Tx. Seafood…

Cynthia and Brittany from the Seafood Department of the Copperas Cove, Tx. HEB went out of their way to make sure we had 5lbs of Colossal King Crab legs to celebrate my wife's birthday recently. They coordinated with the Belton, Tx. store, a manager brought the legs to our location where they steamed the Crab legs for us as a part of the very special experience. One of many experiences why HEB is our favorite grocery.

New location on katy hockley cut off…

New location on katy hockley cut off location at 11:53a. Cashier appeared to not want to sack my groceries after she saw that I was not. Groceries were slammed around and when I arrived home some packages were open. The items were oddly sacked, hair items in with food items etc. Shopping started off pleasant but ended with a flop due to the cashier upset because I didn't sack my groceries. HEB this is not like you. Please do better.

I don’t like the way the parking lots…

I don’t like the way the parking lots are set up at these stores, you have to walk down where cars are driving because there are no sidewalks in between parked cars. Also the speed bumps are minimal and cars will not stop at crosswalks going into store, I have almost been hit more than once at the Austin locations

Stores losing it's outĺook on Sad economy

Bakery and produce items also store employees attitudes towards customers is extremely horrible with services. Which mgmt sees this or believe they have the same and are tired and just want a lousy paycheck in very sad economy. Let's start with bakery tortillas which they never make the plain authentic tortillas selling out. Then they shove those Butter ones which are nasty and taste horrible. Make only healthy original. So much bakery goods get thrown out cause no one buys the expensive junk anymore. Lots of retired folks have less sweets. Best to raise products on the energy junk drinks which outrageous. Now vegatables at lower end stores have a ugly outlook and expensive for ugly produce. Store#33 needs serious help and makeover. Now staff needs a whole new outlook with image. Few of them just rude in mgmt portions at store #33, Bulverde, Schertz/35 and Military/zarzamora are extremely ugly stores or rudest staffs. I once was a partner and worked in that image if adventure with HEB. Life has changed and it will never go back however it can move forward and think it should be added in the crappy assessment test they do with employnent hiring. Anyway travel extensively and see lots of stores and HEB has a small future other cities with same concept serve a better customer service in all areas. Finally living on far northeast of SA those stores should close or replace all old staff with a more dedicated staff and wear an image or decation not goodwill or hamper apparel with company brand.

No one talks about what you do to…

No one talks about what you do to Prosper residents: told them you’d send the product sold at your store to a lab to be tested after they had severe food poisoning that required medical care. You sent a letter saying you were not at fault, told us to contact the manufacturer and threw away the product that was supposed to go to the lab. Evidence gone. Prosper Health Department ignored us as well. Seeing a correlation here. You think Prosper has the best school district in the state and you are donating big bucks to them. They love it and you’re covering up scandals that occur at this specific store. Your company lobbies against vouchers for Christian schools and has many liberal agendas. If one does not fit into this mold, you will ensure that their voice is not heard. Congratulations, our kids go to these schools, but you treated their family like garbage and put their well-being after far left political agendas.

HEB- thought we are family?

I just like to say your stores are great! This has to do with your gas station, specifically the one at 3750 GATTIS SCHOOL RD ROUND ROCK, TX 78664-4642, Yesterday I had my debit card skimmed at the pump! Whoever did it proceed to try and charge little over $800.00 dollars, fortunately they got nothing! Then today my wife’s cars got skimmed same place at pump #3! And they try to charge 150.00 right there on the spot! Now to clarify this is a gripe and a PSA! But to you HEB do better! That last 150.00 to me means it’s an inside job! I hope to hear some kind of follow up.. So gas buyers Beware!

I ordered a box of wine they gave me…deception and bad customer service

I ordered a box of wine they gave me the wrong size and charged me for the same, I ordered beer it was hot who wants hot beer? Any of the sizes that they have on the body butter they showed a big one and gave me a smaller one. They may have it in small writing about the sizes but the way they try to confuse you and sway you to buy something that is not what they are representing. Be very careful about the sizing and that you know what size you want and on the notes make sure you tell them that you want cold on some things because they don't care.

Unethical processes! Just go elsewhere.

I have loved many of HEB's products for many years, but I've come across many issues over the last year or 2 & found that there is no way to write product reviews through their site or anywhere except places like this. This isn't helpful when trying to look at specific products. I struggle with many skin sensitivities & allergies, & I rely heavily on reading reviews to know whether I might have issues with the product(s). I DID have multiple issues with their "flushable wipes" & wanted to warn others of them, but I have no way to do that. This is a huge hazard to their customers & hopefully people who also struggle in the ways I do just aren't shopping here. It seems unethical to remove the ability for customers to provide public info (including ratings & reviews) for products. I will not be shopping at HEB anymore.

Have been going to HEB for years -- selling bad fruit

Have been going to HEB for years, but will start to shop at Whole Foods. I buy a lot of fruit and love the oranges -- if you buy a bag of oranges from them no matter what the brand, within that bag of 5 or 6, about 3 of those oranges or rotten. Please do better. Will not shop there anymore.

HEB complained

Wednesday I took my little service dog to the HEB on blanco road, and my dog accidentally pooped on floor,I felt bad that I didn’t have anything to pickup, there is one of the employees came and cleaned up for me, and when I was checking out a young man came up to me and me with his face not very nice and told not to bring my dog inside the store if I don’t take care the mess, very rude that what he said, I moved to San Antonio since 2000 for 26 years I been going to HEB maybe spent quite over a couple hundreds thousand dollars, I could been go to Walmart, Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s, but stick with HEB, since whatever happened at HEB I was so sad and crying, my dog always with for me to feel safe and happy, if your policy not allowed to have pets then you should put the notice, you should respect people especially customers. I felt so bad I don’t know I could go back to shopping there again, I’m writing this review to whom it may concern. Thank you. JudyDinh.
