Terrible Customer Service
Placed an order on March 2nd for a pair of shoes needed on Match 25th. I reached out on March 12th requesting a refund because the website stated the order had not been fulfilled. In the refund disclosure on the site it clearly states a refund can be issued if the item reflects unfilled. March 17th I sent a follow up on my refund request. I was informed on March 18th that The supplier was experiencing huge backlogs due to styles being popular. I responding again requesting a refund because the order still reflected unfulfilled. I received a response today 3/21 stating they could not issue a refund because the order was on its way. I will NEVER order from them again. I expect a company to honor the rules they put into place.
