A tale of two Red Owl coffee cups
recently I ordered two Red Owl coffee cups. They were packaged and shipped separately. The first was shipped with USPS service and arrived in three days but the second was sent UPS. Tracking numbers showed it delivered, but it was not. I could not get to first base trying to get information until seseasble contacted them and got them to move on it. The cup finally arrived after 18 days. Without Seaseable's help I think I would still be waiting.
