It’s easy to use and great when stores are closed but pricey. I am in the Gambia at the moment and most often can’t get to a Africell store and they don’t sell data online, so end up using a service like this and almost pay double the price of the data. 10GB data from Africell is D950.0 which in pounds is £9.84 but from TopUp costs around D1652.07 in pounds £17.11. Pricey when people know you are limited on options they always hike the prices. Have had a reply from TopUp and it seems that they only add a service charge, which is reasonable. Anything else added is from the service provider ie Africell and not done by TopUp. Thank you TopUp for making that clear. Have seen a few negative reviews and think it is the customers who either misunderstood or made mistakes is a good reliable service to use if you’re unable to purchase directly from providers shop or provider has no online purchase options. It’s always a good idea to check things out before opening your mouth with negative comments. Self included.
