Hi Deborah, It is indeed frustrating to lose money due to a wrong phone number or mobile operator entered in the online form. In such cases we can cancel your order IF the order hasn't been processed and sent on to the local operator. Once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn. It's a general policy, not our own decision. Please always double check any data entered to avoid such situations! Thank you for your understanding

I purchased a plan of india jio 98 days after payment it showed pending and wait for 2 to 5 minutes but after sometime when I checked it my account was logged out and when I tried to login into my account it shows "This email and password combination is incorrect." But I use direct login method using gmail how can my password be incorrect and I also tried forgetting password but it's still not working.

Hello, Your order was canceled because it did not pass the automatic online security checks that our system carries out for each order. The transaction will not be processed and any pending debit (authorization) on your statement will disappear within the next 48 hours. The TopUp team

Scaaaaaam

Scaaaaaam They trick you into a subscription just for using the website. This approach is absolutely fraudulent. Stay away from this site.

Nearly complete crap

Nearly complete crap. I’d give them a Zero star if that were possible. They only got 1 star because the matter was resolved somewhat. I only used their service because the payment portal wasn’t working on my phone service. I paid TopUpon and it did not register at all. When I was able to reach EE customer service, they told me that EE doesn’t recognize TopUp’s payments! When I called TopUp for a refund, I was told that no refund was available, but that I could add the credit using the pin I’d been provided. No pin had been provided. She sent me an email with a link to add the money to my EE account and I’m still waiting.

This website is dangerous

This website is dangerous, deceitful, and fraudulent. As soon as you buy ten euros worth of credit from them, they immediately steal 49 euros. They have a fake subscription they use as proof. They will return my money, or I will gather all the victims and sue them.

Dear Amnar, We can not find any account with the email provided. Are you sure you're not confusing us with: https://topup-mobile.co/en Please note we are: TopUp.com NOT TopUp-mobile.com We couldn't find your name in our records and we don't have any 49 EUR recurrent charge. Are you sure this is the right company to review? Thank you in advance!

Disgusting sales practices

Disgusting sales practices. After purchasing 10 pounds top up I was sent a voucher and pin code - Charge included a service charge of 1.89 pounds which I was unaware of. I month late I am charged a further 11.89 pounds which I had not agreed to. At no time did I enter into any agreement however I have learnt that because I selected auto-top up then an agreement was in place. Basically they automatically charge each month unless you contact them and claim a refund!
