would go zero stars if was an option. bought some cards off the site , never worked properly . never received voucher after purchase always had to contact the support team. took me almost 24 hours to get my voucher. definitely wouldn’t use them again.

It’s easy to use and great when stores…
It’s easy to use and great when stores are closed but pricey. I am in the Gambia at the moment and most often can’t get to a Africell store and they don’t sell data online, so end up using a service like this and almost pay double the price of the data. 10GB data from Africell is D950.0 which in pounds is £9.84 but from TopUp costs around D1652.07 in pounds £17.11. Pricey when people know you are limited on options they always hike the prices. Have had a reply from TopUp and it seems that they only add a service charge, which is reasonable. Anything else added is from the service provider ie Africell and not done by TopUp. Thank you TopUp for making that clear. Have seen a few negative reviews and think it is the customers who either misunderstood or made mistakes is a good reliable service to use if you’re unable to purchase directly from providers shop or provider has no online purchase options. It’s always a good idea to check things out before opening your mouth with negative comments. Self included.

Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the exchange rate, that is also imposed by the local operator. You have the option to turn on the Auto Top up option and the number you select for it will automatically be recharged with the amount of your choice, at fixed intervals of time that, again, you choose. Hello, MTN Data Plans Afghanistan have confirmed that order 2234089, placed on 11/03/2025 04:28:06 ET for a mobile recharge has been successfully processed and the credit has been added to the phone number you chose. They also provided the reference number 214843 as proof that the full & correct amount was added to the beneficiary's account. You can confirm the top-up & balance directly with MTN Data Plans by contacting them and quoting the date & time of the transaction and number recharged. Your TopUp team

Don't trust onTopUp
onTopUp pay to be at the top of the listings but after I paid them £10 to top up credit it didn't work and they refused to refund me saying that EE had taken the money.

Scammed my PayPal and I don't even know TopUp...
If this is the same website that just scammed me through paypal, then yes they are a scam. I've never even heard of TopUp before and somehow I got 9 random fraud payments, all of $18.73 from them that went through my paypal and extracted from my bank account. All the payments say "TopUp" on them when i have never even heard of, or done business with them, ever. Currently trying to resolve it and get refunded... if this is the same company, they should really be exposed.

Another well done job used top up for couple of years never had a problem
Scam based on successful first credit
Scam based on successful first credit followed by automatic monthly payments. No clear information on this at the time - other that you registering and looking at buried detail later. I eventually (and reluctantly), logged in and was able to cancel the account and automatic charges. However I find this activity a misuse of my trust and highly misleading. For me this is just another sophisticated scam, recommend do not use.
