After been a loyal customer for over two years my order was messed up n sent to the wrong address the vender admitted the mistake and instead of refunding me money asked if I could go to the location where it was sent( a stranger House) to retrieve my hair this vendor is very unprofessional I will never buy here again $205 gone I’m so hurt
